It would be much appreciated if anyone could give me a list of parts for a budget build of under $700. I live in the United States and want a PC that is capable of playing recent games, especially games like skyrim and BF3, preferrably on high settings and with a smooth playable FPS

i have a monitor that can handle a wide range of resolutions, i want either windows 7 64 bit or windows 8 64 bit. i don't have any components on hand so i'll need the whole deal other than the monitor, keyboard, and mouse
