Compatability vs choice

Hi all,

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card and its been a few years so I know diddly.

I cant seem to find info on what I need to choose between DDR3 and DDR5.
My choices are

Im running a 500w psu
8GB 1333DDR3 Corsair Ram

I really have no clue which to go for, or if a DDR5 will work on my board.
Any info appreciated

The DDR5 model will work, and is better than the ddr3 model. In general 1 gig of ddr5 is better than 2 gigs of ddr3. Plus sapphire is one of the best amd makers, and powercolor is one of the worst. DDR3 is shooting yourself in the foot now.
