Need GPU Input Please!!!

Building my new gaming desktop at the moment. I need GPU advice. Everything else I have planned, and it will be fine... I need a GPU that will perform on high settings for most games as in WoW, League of Legends, and some pc games such as Black Ops 2, and Battlefield. I need them to be in the 100 to lower 300 dollar price ranges.. (The lower the price, if I can still get the higher graphics settings would be nice, also.) Thanks in advance!!!

AMD 7870($185-$225), GTX 760($250-$260), AMD 7970($309-$415)
A 7970 for $309 plus the free games is an amazing deal.
Also the 7870 and gtx 760 both have 2GB VRAM on a 256bit memory interface.
While the 7970 has 3GB VRAM on a 384bit memory interface.
