So for the past few weeks my computer has been shutting down completely randomly as if someone were just cutting the power to it. I've checked all my cables in / out of the computer and tried different outlets, it is still happening.

I'm using an XFX 850 watt fully modular power supply. I've only had it for about a year. I know the obvious answer is that its a power supply problem, but what gets me is that it usually happens when I'm doing nothing at all. I can play any game I want on max settings and be totally fine, and then a few hours later just be browsing the internet and it will shut off.

I've checked all my system temps to make sure nothing is overheating, in fact nothing even gets warm to the touch, let alone hot. And I get no errors / logs, it just shuts off as if I lost power...

So is there anything else I may want to check out before swapping out the PSU? Its just barely out of warranty so I'm really hoping its something that I may be able to fix :/

EDIT: Forgot to say, this is only happening maybe once every 2-3 days. I had it happen twice in one day once, other than that it is totally random and several days apart. My computer is on pretty much 24/7 otherwise.
