My case missing wires?

So i was just about to plug my cables into my motherboard but then i realized that i only had 1 usb cable, (not enough front panel cables) and a lot of cables that are unnamed. I have the storm trooper full tower case

You just place to 2 pin connector for Power and Reset from PWRBTN# to ground and the same goes for reset.

Like this(Orange and Purple).

Your power LED is a part of the case. It will get power elsewhere(you should not have to worry.). This is more unique to the case you have. It will not harm the system in any way. In fact. I do not even have a Power LED plugged in on my other system.

You can still connect up the HDD LED PWR SW and RESET SW. Please note the HDD LED has to have the + and - line up while the others will not matter.
