On the DRAM, I'd suggest the GSkill Snipers 1866/9 F3-1866C9D-16GSR, more OC headroom and better performance for about $3 less at the Egg.......and do you have an OS?

Looks like ready to go then, and figured on some OCing with the 3rd party Phantek...if only planning a little, might look at the 212 EVO cooler to save about $15, works very well with Haswell up through about 4.5 which seems to be where they really start to heat up
