Sabertooth Z77 wont detect video card

First of i have video card (Gigabyte HD7750 2gb). Anytime i hook it up, i have no video. updated bios, installed all the drivers. still no avail. Im using the hdmi on the motherboard. tried clearing CMOS, also didnt work. I must also say i tried it in both PCI 16 slots and both didnt work. the video card's fan is on but its not working with the ASUS. i dont know what to do. i dont think its the pci slots that are damaged. and i dont think its the videocard either. WHAT SHOULD I DO???? Please help

Another thing is. If I disable it, shutdown then plug the video card in the pci, then turn on and it doesn't work. What do I do then? Cuz that way I won't have Anyway to get anything in the screen. I really appreciate your input.
