Hi guys, I am planning to buy AMD fx 8320. But I want to know that which of these , would be the best motherboard (I am not going to overclock the chip at all).
1. MSI 970A-G46.
2. Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3.
3. ASUS M5A97 LE.
I have only these 3 options available with me, as I am running tight on the budget. Please help !!!!

Sounds like a waste to me not to overclock it, but well... your choice, after all.
I would get the Gigabyte one.

Asus M5A99fx Pro R2.0, Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 R4.0 or Asrock 990fx Extreme 4.

EDIT:
Sorry. I didn't notice that you have a list but I will stick to my suggested boards.

He doesn't want to overclock. All of those motherboards are for overclocking.

ASUS or Gigabyte, whichever one is cheaper...personally, I'd go with ASUS.

Hi..Seladon
Would Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 be OK...as the chip would be running with 125W..
I'm not in a gaming profession at all...I just want the PC performance to be good..while I do image editing using photoshop...along with some video encoding/decoding..and running day to day applications.

I know. I just couldn't take buying 970 when 990 has been around for far too long to be mature. It wouldn't hurt to be patient and save a little more for a better board unless it's a matter of losing business clients or what not.

If you must buy any of them, Asus would be the best choice with Gigabyte seconds. Either of those Asus or Gigabyte models do support 125W CPUs.
