I was thinking of:
1. Intel Core i3 3220
2. Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
3. Saphire ATI Radeon 7750 1GB
4. Cooler Master HAF 912
5. Corsair Vengeance 4GB x 2
Is there a any need for a PSU or a CPU cooler.
Any suggestions welcome.

if not overclocking, there is no need of a aftermarket cpu cooler.the stock will be fine.also if you don't plan to OC then go for cheaper ram, vengeance is made for OC'ing and takes a good amount of space on your mobo. i have the same gigabyte mobo and it is quiet good. i too thought of hd7750 but brought gtx 650 as it consumes less power,is quiet and goes well with fps games like bf3. also, just for your info, gtx 650 overclocks well.don't know about overclocking capacity of hd7750. If your case does not have psu then you would need a psu. a good quality 450 W PSU should be more than enough. Also if you can afford go for core I5 3350P it does not have intel graphics but as you have a gpu,you don't need it.

I might go for OC'ing later.
Based on your suggestions:
1. Intel Core i5 3450
2. Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
3. ZOTAC Nvidia GTX 650 1GB GDDR5
4. Cooler Master HAF 912
5. Corsair Vengeance 4GB x 2

Should i go for the cabinet listed above?

jinayhvora had made a really good rig fot you above. [strike]you don't need a i5 3450,go for 3350P. i brought 3450 because i did not got 3350P.[/strike] If you want to OC processor, you need a K series i5,something like 3570K.
case is onto your choice, just see if it has needed fans and ventilation.
