so far this this what I gathered/have
CPU : Intel® Core™ i5-4670K Processor
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 4 GB RAM (2 sticks so 8 GB)
PSU : Corsair GS600
GPU : SAPPHIRE HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB GDDR5
HD : WD 2 TB green edition and WD 1 TB black edition

so I wan't decent mother board form 70 to 100 $
most of the boards have some features that never use so I wan't you people to overlook such features when suggesting a motherboard
1)I will never gone go beyond 1920X1080 so 4K HD is no use for me
2)I already have a graphic card for 1920X1080 I don't mind if on-board graphic has lesser resolution
3)I don't need multi GPU support since I'm going to use only one graphic card
4)High quality audio output : again I have graphic card so I don't mind the quality of on-board card audio
5)I will never gone do cross fire or overclock
6)I'm never gone use more than 1 monitor, If I wan't to, I think my graphic card can do that

I just wan't a strong and stable mob, which won't heat up easily and which has at lease one 1x PCIe 3.0 expansion slot
this processor is compatible with these chipset
Intel® B85 Chipset
Intel® H87 Chipset
Intel® Q85 Chipset
Intel® Q87 Chipset
Intel® Z87 Chipset

I already thought of buying asus h87 or b85 plus but they still have a lot feature that I don't need so is there any better mob for me for lesser price ?
and I prefer ATX boards over micro-ATX because of the heating issue

I mean everything is positioned so closed to each other, naturally it produces more heat right ?heating up and dust formation is a very big issue where I live, that's one of the main reason why I'm buying a new motherboard and processor.and my graphic card also takes up quite a lot of space, so I think bigger ATX board reduces the chance of heating up
