Of course i'm not interested in OC. Either of them i would pair with Gigabyte Gtx 760OC.

1.Is there much of difference in gaming that i would notice it?
4670 is 20$ more expensive,is it worth it?

2.I'm also torn between that cpu and fx8350 8 core cpu (which i would not OC too).
According to a steam survey more than 40% people have 4core cpu(with 2% increase over last 4 months) while only 0.29% people has 8-core(fx8320/8350)(with only 0.3% increase in last 4 months). It seems it's much better to take intel then.

2.Also i would probably change cpu/mobo/gpu every 2-3 years,would 4570/4670 last till then?

thanks:bounce:

Solution
Get an intel cpu if your not going to overclock and also save $20 and get the 4570. You can run a 7970 with it and it'll bottleneck the system before the i5 4570 will.
Itll last 3 years no problem.
Hope that helps

1. i5-4670 Is just about 5% faster than i5-4570, but it cost 10% more. These 5% u won't notice, so it doesn't worth.
2. For most of the games Intel performs better, for video editing, etc, AMD is better. So, it's Your choice.
3. It will last at least 3 years ok.
