I'm currently running an evga gtx 650 ti boost 2gb sc. I was wondering if the 7850 is better. Or if there are any gpus better than the one I have right now at about the same price range. How well would my pc perform on planetside 2 if I got another one and did some sli? I've got a vishera amd fx 6300 and 8gbs of ram.

On most of the games 7850 2GB performs 5-10 % more FPS. So i would say pick 7850 2GB if you can.

They trade blows, depending on which games your playing. Some play better with the 650ti Boost, and some with the 7850. Both are decent cards. Personally, I prefer Nvidia drivers, they seem to be more stable and mature. You also have the benefit (or not :)  ) of PhysX, which is an attraction for some. Although it's not widely used, and is only available in a handful of games. But those games do look better with it.
