Hi i just made my new costum gaming pc and at the first day of use i just install some proggram and use google chrome.then 1 week later i let the computer on for 3 hours without using it. When i came back to use internet it was lagging. Is it because cpu heat? I live in australia 35-42temp and i dontuse aircon or fan on the pc room. What can i do to keep cpu cool?

My pc:
AMD 8320(with the fan that was in the box)
Nvidia gtx 560 directCU
Asus sabertooth fx r2.0
aerocool strike -X one (+ fan)
8gb ram 1600mhz

As i understand is a new computer.

When you use light loads both on Gpu and Cpu normally they would enter on a low power state that generate very low heat, then the heat would be no problem even after several hours of inactivity.

But if you overclocked the components maybe you diabled this option, and even put a higher voltage/clocks speeds that generate a low more heat on the cpu.

First check if the temp is the problem, install a monitor program (for examply i use Aida64), put all of the temps (Cpu, Gpu, Vrms, etc...) and check if you have any one overheating (70+ Cpu, 80+ Gpu, maybe 100+ VRMs depending on the type).

Btw: Using stock coolers on a high end processor is allways a bad idea, you have a 125w processor that i'm sure even at stock is at the limit of the cooler, i would choose another non-stock cpu cooler.
