PC spec at button, and sorry for my english not a native speaker

hi I'm having a problem with my pc it is freezing and I can't find out what is wrong with it. it started out with me playing the witcher 2 when my pc would suddenly freeze and make this buzzing sound and I would have to force restart, it would do so every 20-40 min. here is a video of someone else I found that had the same problem http://youtu.be/dzhCOiuyDJc?t=13m5s only difference from me is that mine would still show an image it wouldn't go to a black screen.

looking around the internet, the first thing I found was that my pc could be over heating. so I installed asrock extreme tuning utility and msi afterburner to see how hot it was my CPU and GPU was, then added another screen so I could check the numbers when it froze. my GPU was around 60-65 degree celsius and my CPU was around 45-50 degree celsius, as far as I could understand that shouldn't really be a problem.

so I searched some more. and found someone saying it could be my PSU so opened op my pc and change cables from my PSU to GPU to some of the unused. it still didn't help.

then I updated the BIOS gave my SSD a killdisk and reinstalled windows 7. while updating windows my pc then suddenly froze again and I got blue screen. here is a picture i took http://i.imgur.com/XLgvHvw.jpg

and now my pc is freezing up all the time even when just surfing on the internet or updating windows without even being in a game.

I then found someone saying RAM could be the problem, so I downloaded Memtest86 Version 5.0 Experimental UEFI Beta and started it. but at test 5 [block move, 64-byte blocks] my pc would freeze again, I then tried with each RAM one at a time and both would freeze at test 5. then I tried to only do test 5 and then it worked with no problems. I then tried test 1, 2, 3 and 4 and then it got to second round with test 1 it would freeze again a little into it.

little extra info I don't know if it could mean anything or not. but when pc starts up right after a crash the screen is very slow to get lighter. like it is very slowly turning up the light until it gets to normal it does so in the BIOS as well.

and now I write here because I really don't know what to do. any help would be highly appreciated. and thanks in advance.

I found out what was wrong turns out my SSD Crucial m4 was to blame. I had used killdisk to clear it but I found out you should NEVER use killdisk on an SSD. so I had to use parted magic and secure erase it with that, and then update a its firmware. turns out SSD has firmwares I had no idea about that.

found out that SSD Crucial m4 only have around 5000 hours of use if you don't firmware update it
