hello everyone,
recently the catalyst control centre on my windows 8 stopped starting up so after reading it somewhere i used some SWEEPING SOFTWARE to uninstall and then reinstall .net frame work as it claimed to fix the CCC problem , after i removed .netframe work and restarted , and tried running the setup for .net 4.5 it stops me saying its already there, while all the applications that require it arent running, PLEASE HELP and please give some solution for the catalyst control centre problem too if possible
THANKS IN ADVANCE

Solution
I don't know which or what 'Sweeping software' you used, but does it have a RESTORE function? Many programs like CCLeaner does. I'd try that. Otherwise I'd re-install CCC and the ATI driver, that might repair it.

Did you have a back-up? If so, restore that.

Is System Restore active, use that if it was?

Check these links for info:

Those are all about the same info for System Restore.

I have problems with CCC, when I run it it works fine, but I get an error from .NET at shutdown. No problem installing CCC though?
