Title says it all. I currently have a BFGR800WESPSU. (I don't know the real name for it) Its loud and makes a ticking noise and was wondering what a good power supply would be. (Preferably modular)

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1075T
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 3870
Motherboard: ASrock 890GX Extreme3 (Don't know the specific name for it)
