Alright, so I think I MAY have made an error in my research. After realizing the RAM I bought (Or rather, intend to buy, I haven't bought it yet so there is still hope) has heat spreaders on it, and I've read that they can cause space issues with the Noctua NH-D14. I have also not bought the motherboard yet, but I REALLY am looking into the Z87 Deluxe by Asus.

tl;dr
I have the following problem:
Noctua NH-D14 (Ordered)
Corsair Dominator Platinum(Not ordered yet)
Asus Z87 Deluxe(Not ordered yet)
Am I going to have a problem?

Solution
You do not have a problem; you have an opportunity to buy better.
Yes, tall heat spreaders can interfere with many coolers, including the Noctua NH-D14(about the best air cooler in my opinion)
But, fancy heat spreaders are mostly marketing and cost more. They may have a place in record seeking overclocking, but not in normal use.
Intel cpu's are not much impacted by ram speeds over 1600. Think 2%. Here is one report:

I might suggest you order a simple low profile kit of DDR3 1600 ram:

At normal clockrates is the latent heat from the RAM negligible with proper case ventilation?
