Help me to choose the Hard Drive

Hello

Please help me to choose between the following two HDDs:

WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB Internal Hard Drive

WD Caviar Green (WD20EARX) Internal Hard Drive (2TB)

Intended use: For storing documents, media files and photographs. The photographs and video files will be accessed for editing purposes (I do professional work). I understand the size difference, but which one would be most suitable?

Asside from the size difference the major difference is speed. The GREEN runs at 5400 RPM while the BLUE runs at 7200 RPM. Only you can decide which is more important to you.

Thanks a lot for your replies.

Regarding Seagate, all my present Internal HDDs are from Seagate, but lately I found that the RMA service is horrible for seagate, in our country. So, I was planning to try WD this time. :)

What I understand form the replies that for the purpose of my work, it would be better to opt for the faster drive. But I beleive the Green one would be good for usage like backup, media file storage etc, cases when I do not need to read or write to the simultaneously.
