final build. any suggestions?

Solution
Don't buy the Guardian 921. Not a bad case, but for the price now you can get better options.

Nothing wrong with that build. I'd be hard pressed to make any decent suggestions for it. Only thing I could think of would be to find a better case for a little less money, and see if you can get the next step up for a video card. I own a Guardian 921, and I've worked on the Gamma Classis http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002UDK9U6/?tag=pcpapi-20 . I like the cooling options for the Gamma, and it has decent cable routing for the price. The price is great.

That cooler will do just fine for a mild to medium overclock, and it's probably the best value cooler out right now. I think if you save money on the case, you can squeeze in a Radeon 7950...

More reliable brand? I think it is pretty safe to say that CPU cooler, the Hyper 212, is one of the most popular air coolers ever made.
