Solution
Drop the i7 for the i5-4xxxk and save the $100, 100MHz and HT simply isn't worth the price increase IMHO.

Drpp the black edition and either upgrade the HDD (2/3TB) or get add a cheap/decent 120GB SSD for the boot drive.

Look into a 7870 LE or 7950 - they are on par with a 760 and may save up to $50 (depending on games played)
