Solution
4x Push/Pull is going to be most effective. You want to move the most air through the radiator in one direction. Airflow should go from front to back. If your case has an upward exhaust fan in the back, it works even better, though it's not necessary as long as you have a rear exhaust fan. Also, intake fans in front of the case help to push air toward the rear exhaust which helps your airflow in that direction indirectly.

My case is 2x120mm front intake, 1x120mm top exhaust and 1x80mm rear exhaust and it really keeps things nice and cool.
