will this build run bf4/cod ghosts/bf3 ultra with good fps?

here are my specs. cpu: amd fx 6350 six cores clocked 4.2 ghz. gpu: amd radeon hd 7970 ghz eddition. will that run all those games ultra with 50+ fps at 1600x900 resolution?

1920×1080 64 players ultra settings 70 fps so yeah, 1600×900 with atleast 32 players at ultra settings would run it very smooth, 85+ atleast.
