i have a gtx 770 and so far have been able to play everything on max settings at 1920x1080.

by all right the GTX 780 would be better for gaming. but i like having a fast cpu for file compressing/encoding etc too. so it's a hard choice over all the Gtx 780 would be better for just gaming.

yea if im going to get 770 im going to sli it in a year
another reason im having a hard call becuase i heard overclocking would help gaming in mmo and that the 4570 wont be that good compared to an overclocked 4670k in mmos but is it worth it over a 780? would a 4570 wil be just fine i dont know...
what do you guys think ?

i built my pc about a mouth ago with the plan to add a second gtx 770 this time next year or maybe as a little xmas gift to myself ;)

at stock speed you wouldn't notice much difference between the 4670K and the 4570. but when you over clock the 4670K you start to see a difference or i did :)

i think all in all the gtx 780 is around 10% faster the the GTX 770 which works out to be around 6-8 Frames per second faster on average. or this is what i have read any ways. so for me i picked the gtx 770 asi could justifier the price difference (about £200 difference in the uk)

i read that it can go up to 20%
so..i think i will just get the 770 and other one in a year or so
seems like the best choice
how much overclock did you achive ? im aiming at 4.3 read that going further wont change much...

im planing to get the gigabyte one or should i go for the msi?
and how much fps you gained from the overclock(the cpu)?

to be honest i din't know how FPS overcloking my GTX 770 adds. never compared it. on;t reseaon i overclocked it was because i could :)

As to get the Gigabyte or MSI it's up to you. i only picked the MSI because or it's red and black colour scheme which matched the rest off my build. both cards have good cooling and run quietly. so pick the cheapest or the one you like the look off best :)

oh quick after thought. the MSI gtx 770 need 2x 8pin PCI-E from your PSU but does come with 2x 6pin to 8pin adapters.
The gigabyte gtx 770 needs 1x 8pin and 1x 6pin. if that makes any difference depending on your psu :)

a 770 should run crysis 3 at close to max setting also overclocking your cpu won't do a hell of a lot to your fps but overclocking your gpu should help quite a bit depending on how high you can get it (beware of heat and power though).

5-10% overclock should help max crysis 3 right?(GPU)
(together with the 4.3ghz )
