I'm in the midst of my first build and I'm having some problems.
Here is a thread to the initial problem, but the issue has since morphed into a more specific problem that I would like some help diagnosing.

The problem now exists during cold boot. When I turn on the power switch, the mobo energizes, the ps comes up, and the cpu fan spins, but I get no output from the gfx card. Boot down, boot up, and the problem persists.
The strange thing is when I hit the reset button after the cold boot, the system fires back up and I get video output. So, in order to get output from the gfx card, I need to first power up, wait about 5 seconds, and then hit the reset button.
All components are new, and outlined here.

Not quite sure how to proceed.
I'll check the voltages on the 24 pin connector and report back tonight.
Feel free to chime in with suggestions in the interim.
