Hi. I need some help to find a super quiet cooler (Most quiet as possible in the next terms). A CPU cooler that is maximum 150mm tall, in order to fit Cooler Master: Silencio 352. It can be any size, as long as it fits, and it would help a lot if it wouldn't block tall ram heat spreaders. I need it to cool an i5-4670, and the motherboard is an ASRock B85M. And I'd like the price to be under 50$. And if you think it's better to get a certain cooler and to have me to exchange the fan for a quieter one, it can work as well. Very appreciated for the help.

Get a cooler with the bigger fans. They move more air at lower RPMs than small fans and thus produce less noise... all else being equal.
If you can live with an extra 9mm of height, the CM 212 EVO would be the best choice: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
But, like any low cooler, it will interfere with high profile RAM if one stick is in the first slot.

There's always the low profile design: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Dimension: 140mm (W) x 82mm (H) x 139mm (D)

Is using a Top-Down cooler an option?

Any kind of cooler works for me, as long as it's 150mm or lower. And the chance to switch to another quieter fan is also a bonus.

It's taller than 150mm. 159mm tall to be precise. Although it is a good cooler, I used it in my sister's last build, it's just too tall.
