Looks pretty good, I'd see if you could find a different mobo, Asus the Rock or GB ---I won't touch BioStar, MSI or others for builds, Quality and QC is low on the lower tier mobos

Trying to save money on the mobo is a bad idea. Its better to pay $30 more for the extreme, rather than buying a cheap one and having break down. Also with the extreme you can overclock it without any problems.

P.S If you aren't planning on getting a touch screen pc, I would reccomend gettign windows 7 instead of 8.

Yes that ASUS is a good motherboard. Biostar, foxconn, ECS, and others like them just don't make very good products

Bio-star motherboards are cheap because they use the cheapest materials they find when building it. It is better to get a good motherboard that will last, and that you can upgrade.
