Hey guys, i recently built a new pc, and i put in a radeon 7870 xt with boost 2GB GDDR5. The frame rates have been all over the place. it doesn't matter if im playing a game on medium or on ultra graphics, there are major shifts. For example, when playing lol, its starts out at 60 fps, and then dives to 30, and goes to 40, and then back up to 60 fps, and the weird thing is that the fps dives when there is no action commencing in the game. I even reinstalled the drivers for the gpu to try to fix it, disabled ulps, and made sure there was a consistent voltage going through it. My friend has the same graphics card, and an older processor, but his fps doesn't fluctuate like mine does. PLease help! idk if its a defective card or just something in my settings.
