GTX 560 Ti would do pretty well. Maybe highest settings on 35+ fps on BO2. Radeon HD 300 can play Minecraft easily. No problems in that.

Thanks man. Thats good I guess if it was a bad desicion to buy that for $260 its to late was it worth it? I mean with a $150 graphics card (my uncle is selling it for 85) 35 fps on bo 2 max settings is pretty good In my opinion because I don't usually play on high anyway?

Yes its worth it. But now, there are too many new GPU's available at that cost with better performances. Dont worry, GTX 560 ti is still a good GPU. But Radeon 3000 isnt, way too old for new games..

A gtx 650 ti would do good. But its slightly expensive than 85$. maybe wait for 1-2 months. It will get cheaper.
And CPU and MOBO should also be compatible to your GPU. Those are important points to look at or your PC could suffer a bottleneck in performance...

Right. Im not sure about going for a 650 TI it may be newer but that is the model that replaced the 550 TI not the 560 TI so in some cases the 560 TI still gets better performance http://www.hwcompare.com/13819/geforce-gtx-560-ti-vs-geforce-gtx-650-ti-2gb/
