Help with designing a mid-range gaming rig?

I'm looking to create a decent gaming PC, preferably that isn't too expensive. (Nothing over $1000, and I'd prefer to keep it around the $850 level if possible. A decent gaming rig to me can run modern games like Crysis 3, BioShock Infinite etc. on High/Ultra, at native resolution on the monitor, which is 1600x900).
Here's what I've come up with so far, which comes in at $844.63:

Are there any parts of this that I really should fix, either to improve functionality/compatibility, or to save money? I've tried to do a fair bit of research on CPUs/GPUs, but I really don't know too much about motherboards, PSUs, cases etc.

Any and all help would be appreciated, and I'll just add in that I am located in Canada, if that affects availability on parts. If my expectations for what I can get for that price point are unreasonable, just let me know.

Thanks in advance! :)

It looks good, but it's right on the high end of my budget. I might swap out the 3570 and 7950 for slightly cheaper components.

Another question - If I don't plan on overclocking, will I need to buy a special heatsink for the CPU, or will the one that's included be good enough?

No stock should be fine, and that is why you have the 3570 and not the 3570K, and the 3570 is already cheaper than the 3570K. And the 7950 is probably your best performance at a decent price.

Here, we are under 1000 now: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/
