Hello, lately CS:GO has been crashing at map change. It freezes when the timer is counting down from 5 and then proceeds to crashing to my desktop. Any help with this is appreciated.

Specs:

Asrock h61m DGS
Intel G2030
His 7770 ghz edition
4gb ram dual channel
Antec basiq 450w
WD black scorpio 750gb
Windows 7 32 bit

"Is your game set to your monitor's default resolution? When you first install CS:GO, for reasons I can only guess at, it'll often load up by default in a non standard resolution for your monitor type. While most of the time it's playable, if you're using an LCD minotir in say, a 16:10 aspect ration and the resolution you're using is 8X6, crashes may occur. You may also want to mess put your graphics settings down on the lowest value, checking each setting in turn to see if the crash occurs when specific settings are enacted.

And most important of all, if you're on an older computer (older dual core or single core) make absolutely blasted certain multicore rendering is disabled. "

Not really a solution. I'm having the same problem, that solution was for May problems. After the arms update it started crashing, so I doubt that's the problem. I'm running Windows 8, and before the update never crashed. After the arms update constant crashes ensued.
