Is this processor good enough for dual gtx 760 2gb cards? Do I need to upgrade my cpu or does it not really matter?

Solution
I'm not really sure what you'd upgrade to if that's not enough, an i7 doesn't improve gaming performance at all (actually the opposite). So if it bottlenecks, (which it shouldn't) then it bottlenecks, it's not as if there's a processor fast enough for every setup, someone with a quad SLI/Xfire setup is always going to have a CPU bottleneck. So yes...it's good enough, especially with a small overclock.
