In CPU-Z the channel # status is greyed out. BIOS is also not giving information about it. Please tell now what can I do to check whether RAM is successfully working in dual channel?

The chipset's info page says that dual channel is supported but I want to check if working. Chipset: Intel 946PL/GZ; Windows XP 32bit SP3.

Hi. Thanks. Motherboard is: Lenovo LGA775. I've two RAM slots on mainboard, on each I'm running exactly same RAMs: Hyundai's 512 MB PC2-5300.

If you want to check whether dual channel is supported then I think it's, because when I ran memtest86+ it displayed the words "dual channel", but these words were also displayed when I ran it on single RAM, so it doesn't show if dual channel is working, only whether it's supported.

I did benchmark tests in AIDA32, these are the results:

Memory Read - Write (MB/s)
Two RAMs: 4511 - 1574
Single RAM: 4244 - 1382

Does it mean that dual channel is working?

Did that, got same result.

Yes, that's why instead of asking "Why dual channel isn't working?", I asked "Check whether RAM working in dual channel".

I've already said that chipset supports and memtest86+ is also showing supported.

You asked me for motherboard's model name, and I answered it for being polite. Details of motherboard can only show whether dual channel is supported, which isn't my question.
