I'm gonna build a custom Loop and gonna use the hydro Copper series.I'm gonna use the Intel i7 3930K and overclock it to 4.6Gh or 4.8Ghz.The Games I'm gonna play are The Battlefield Series,The Far Cry Series,The Medal Of Honor Series,The Assasins Creed Series,The Dead Rising Series,The Crysis Series,The Grand Theft Auto Series,The BioShock Series,The Mirrors Edge Series,The Elder Scrolls Series,The Mass Effect Series,The Saints Row Series,The Resident Evil Series,The Batman Series,The Hitman Series,And Other Big AAA Games. The Specs for the GPU is A GPU that has a Long Warranty Or a Lifetime Warranty,A GPU that can Max those games (Put all those games above on Ultra Settings),A GPU that the Ultra settings will last maybe a couple of years or 1 or 2 years,A GPU that is future proof maybe 1 or 2 Years Or Longer,A GPU that is good for FPS,TPS (ThirdpersonShooter Or Third Person games),MMORPG (League Of Legends,And Dota 2),RPG Games,And Fighter Games. And A GPU that can Overclock to as high as maybe 1150Mhz or 1125Mhz.

I don't know why you seek a specific OC for GPUs. I'd just go with the most powerful, and that's the 2x titans. Hope this helps.

Edit: Since your budget is so high, I'd just triple SLI the 780. It will greatly outperform SLI titans and probably cost about the same or less.

Quick Answer - Dual SLI Titans are definitely better.

I think tri-sli 780's might be better and will suffer less from micro-stuttering. Tom's did a review like a year ago about micro-stuttering and found that adding the 3rd card eliminated almost all of it. Mind you this was from the previous generation of cards.

If you are intent on playing on 1600p and/or a 3 monitor setup like 7680x1600, you will need the vram from the titans (in which case go with dual sli titans).

Well if you get 3x 780 4Gb versions it will have the same VRam.

Its all depending on what resolution (and how many displays) you plan to game.If we know that it will be easier for us to help you, because sometimes the latest and greatest isn't what you need. For example if you play on 1080p its much better to get two GTX770 than (for example) Titans.

P.S. just to mind you,If you are willing to go GTX780 or Titan route, and OCed them hard. There is a good chance that you will be let down. Why?Because most of the good(cherry picked) GK110 go for the Tesla(K20).A lot of people who jump and buy Titans can hardly achieve 10% increase on core clock.
