It will, though you might want to check that it includes the LGA2011 mount. IIRC not all come with the mount.
There's little point to the 3820 though - you can't OC it, it's basically the same speed as the 4770, and the platform costs a lot more. Unless you need the extra bandwidth or PCIe lanes, I'd just go LGA1150. You're also more likely to have the mount.

Sounds like a good deal. I'd say yes.
You can't OC it more than a little though - 4 bins above max turbo IIRC.
