I've got a P9x79 pro MB but on an Aerocool x2 Predator chassis I cannot fit a h100i w/push-pull fans without removing a certain part from the MB itself....

If you see the CPU socket, to the right you'll see that little blue and silver heat disperser... I need to remove that, Can I remove it without causing a loss to any kind of functionality?
A small pipe does run through it.

I've currently got it set up (The h100i) on the very top of my chassis with everything on the outside with only two 120mm fans. I had to remove the posh spines on the top of the chassis to facilitate this.

Well my H100i sounds like a F1 car.... yesterday It sounded like an Air raid siren w/4 120mm fans.
It's getting annoying, even Corsairlink 2 wont adjust RPM, It reads zero on all monitors.

Why do you need to remove it? Maybe there is another solution to your problem.

The 240mm radiation fits at the very top of the case after removing it's native 120mm case fan, but placing the fans inside the case is impossible as it wont fit past the Heatsink. As I say at the moment I've got the radiator on the outside of the case with the two 120mm fans attached.

The sound is not fun, The only saving grace for the noise overall is the fact it's running 35c at 4.2mhz.

I presume you're running stock fans? You might need a couple Noctua NF-F12's. They are real quiet, running one myself.

As for push-pull.. You're gonna need a new case or a new motherboard.
