Hi guys i just recently set up a dual monitor using a PC Monitor Samsung Brand and a flat screen Sharp brand. I connected these 2 using an HDMI cable with my video card and attach it to my TV. So recently I watched movies in my flat screen with my headset attached to the computer but now it seems like all the audio that happens in my computer comes out in the speakers of my TV is there anyway to separate the 2 audios so i can let my family watch using the audio of my TV while i play games with audio to my headset?

Hello David,

Yes, you can usually set which audio device is used in your playback software. What software are you using? You'd have to leave your sound card as the default audio device, so you can get audio on your headset, then change the audio device on your playback software so it uses HDMI.
