I have an HP Pro 6300 Desktop that is randomly rebooting. There is no BSOD, I have Automatic restart turned off.
I've run memtest and there is no error there.
I have run heavy load to test the CPU (and even replaced the CPU once) the replacing of the CPU made the problem better for a time but it's gotten progressively worse since.
I have swapped out both the ram and PSU.
The only thing I haven't tried swapping is the hard drive because it seems unlikely that the HDD would crash without a BSOD.
The rebooting seems at random. Sometimes it will be on for an hour, sometimes just a few minutes. Anyone have any ideas?

You better get better airflow and stuff..! One idea is that your Computer restarts, becorse of your temps in your case, you can buy a new case for your build, or you could get some new fans, don't remember the CPU Fan, You can buy big silent ones, whick helps your CPU hold the low temps. You can test your temps with hwmoniter and other temp testing programs.

Also the restart will happen outside of being logged into windows as well. For instance eventually it will reboot when running memtest. Again, sometimes it will run for an hour, and sometimes for 10 minutes. This one has me seriously stumped.

i would check inside your case if there is dust on your ram, if there is then give it a clean off, i tend to use a vacuum cleaners thin nozzle for it to clear dust out of the ram sockets.

you want to take the ram out first then clean the sockets and the ram of the dust, just use a non brush nozzle, the brush head can cause static which will destroy your ram.
