Weird computer pixel glich

There are weird small black box pixels on the right side of my computer screen. Heres a screenshot to describe the problem.

You can see the glitch on the buttom right.

Here are the computer specs.
AMD FX -6300, 500gb HDD, H60 Corsair Liquid Cooling, Nzxt Tempest Mid tower Elite 410, Windows 7 Home, 4gb Ram (non major brand) and my mother board, MSI 970A-G43
Graphics card is HIS Radeon HD 7850
I think the problem is my processor or my HDD.....i swapped my Mobo and my Graphics card

I've also reformatted the computer, and it also had the same issue before I bought the new products.

Oh, i did a full reformat and I'm not sure what you mean a zero fill is =(. The issue was still present after the full reformat

these glitches can be performed/shown on a live Skype Share screen if you want to see them =)
