Average CPU temperature

Hello. I just recently checked my CPU temperature, and at idle it reads 25-30C. Is that a normal idle temperature?

By the way, it's a i5 4570

If your Room temperature is say close to 78->80 F, Then NO they are LOW.
If Room temp is around 72F (22C) then 27 -> 31 sounds GOOD.
Your CPU temp can not be below room temp (really the air temp being sucked in), and is normally 5 -> 9 C higher than ambient temp.

Please Note, If computer is sitting on floor the Air Intack will normally be a couple of degrees COOLER than thermastat reading. IE when My thermostat reads 77 F, my air intake is closer to 72F and varies depending on A/C being on/off..
