Guys these are my specs :
i7 920 2.6 Ghz @ 3.2 Ghz
DX58so
16GB Kingston HyperX blu RAM
3 TB (500 x2 + 1TB) HDD
19 inch x 2

I need a graphic card that suits these specs (that does not bottleneck the performance) and need no stock cooler replacement. I had a f* GTX 480 that gave me lot of heat trouble and it died at 60C after I replace the stock cooler with GELID icy vision rev 2 so I'm done with GTX 480. even i can fix it, I don't need that piece of sh* anymore. Please recommend me a good VGA that matches with above specs and have low temps.
(and I live in Sri Lanka, where normal temps are 30~C)

Solution
Get the EVGA 760 with ACX cooling. It should do quite well as far as the temperatures are concerned. Also when it comes to performance the 760 would not be bottlenecked by that configuration. Though I am not sure about anything more than a 760, but yeah.. 760 should give you good performance at a good price.

Be sure to buy the version with a good cooler and not the reference cooler.

Other recommendations would be :

1. EVGA 760 with ACX Cooling.
2. MSI 760 Twin Frozer II
3. Gigabyte 760 with Windforce 3X Cooling
4. Asus 760 Direct CU II (My Personal Favorite)

Get any one of them. Make sure that they are the ones that I specified since cooling in Sri Lanka is a bit of an issue (same in India here, a bit worse.. Temperatures go upto 45...
