What does Power LED+ and - ?

wow it is that simple, I thought it was compulsory for the Power LED to be plugged in. I guess I will just have the Power switch connector connected and the Power LED + and - disconnected and hidden away. Have you done it in the past and are certain it works. Do you know what the plus and minus means?

I personally have not disconnected my power LED but the + and - stand for power and ground. There really isn't anything to it, I believe you are over thinking this.
