Long beep then 4 beeps - graphics cars problem?

Hi guys, today, my PC was overheating. It crashed and the screen was going white with black lines and just going crazy, then I turned off the PC manually. The watercooler was leaking onto the graphics card.

I fixed the water cooler but now when I turn on my PC, it beeps 5 times and the monitor does nothing. Is it my gfx card? Thanks for all help and sorry for bad formatting, typing this on my phone.

What model is your motherboard? Look up the beep error codes for the model you have, this should hopefully help you narrow it down.

Could you see water anywhere else? I doubt it is just the graphics card but if you have another one it would be a good test. If the error codes do not help you might need to test component by component.
