What to choose form three computers?

Hey guys, help me choose with one computer is best for me. I need computer for little gaming, sony vegas rendering, photoshop, programing c++, creating websites and do more stuff like that. In future I will add GPU card, maybe gtx 680 or similar amd. I need future proof because I planning no change this computer about 5-6 years. Sorry for my bad english.

First one :

But now I don't really want to buy GPU, I think now enough integrated (hd 4600), maybe later after one year I will buy it. By the way my budget is about ~ $780 :?
