At the back of my computer case,
there are 4 slots. One of them are taken ( the back of my graphic card of course).
But recently I got a new graphic card, one that uses 2 slots, but have had no success opening up a that second space.

I attached an image displaying what I mean. (Orange being my graphic card, red being the slot I want to open up)

Is it even possible to open this up?

Yes it is, from the look of your case on the picture, it seems like you need to rip/peel the metal off. I've seen cases like this before.

I would highly recommend cleaning out your case while you are at it.

Lol yes! A lot of dust in there, can make some components overheat so you should clean it.
