Need input regarding Gigabyte Motherboard

I have finally given up trying to fix/repair my wife's computer; the mobo, she is broken.
Have put together various builds, but the least expensive is an AMD FX build with the following mobo:

GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
The deal maker on the whole setup expires tomorrow night, and I can't find any information (to speak of) about this board other then marketing stuff.
Anybody with experience, good or bad please respond.
Thanks in advance, and i will respond to your posts.
The complete build consists of this board, FX6300, 2x4GBs Corsair XMS 1600 ram, a couple DVD/RW drives, either a 320GB or my spare 1TB HDD, CAPSTONE 650W PSU, all going back into an Antec 180 case.
I have not ordered it yet, need your input.

budget not of concern, I have OS (W7 64 ultimate). Just need input, pro or con, regarding this mobo.
the reviews on Newegg are few and mixed; can't find much using Google.
I have used ASUS for all but my wife's build over the years, and her received an MSI board. I won't be using them again.

If you were not so set on never buying msi again i would recommend this board

Honestly, just because you get one bad board doesn't mean you should never buy msi again. I have been using msi for years and had no problems with them.

First and foremost, thank you for responding. I have posted regarding the actual problem a couple months ago and NO ONE has responded yet. Again, thanks.
Words well spoken, you are right i shouldn't make the decision of 'never buy' based on one time; however it has taken months to finally pin point the problem and, much to my chagrin, the board only came with a 1year warranty. I am old enough that I am tired of getting 'bit' more then once. During my research into the pc problems, as I started narrowing it down to the mobo, a lot of the information indicated that the errors showing up were by-and-large with MSI boards; this adds to my hesitation.
That being said, I looked at the board you referenced, and I will seriously consider it.
