I've posted this issue on the CPU side of stuff, and luckily someone told me to check for CPU usage when ingame, and I tested it out and found out with afterburner that I was having very high Frame Time spikes, and I don't know what's causing it.

Here's a sample:

So, It's not the CPU, Not the Graphics card... So, Drivers? What do you think?

9600gt 1gb ddr3= very slow, very low bandwidth outdated GPU equal to the NVidia gt 630 which is at the bottom of entry level graphics cards by todays standards, but since you know everything I don't know why I'm wasting my time telling you.

It's GDDR3. Not DDR3.

It's the same thing, G just means dedicated for graphics

Why won't you understand that the graphics card is not being fully utilized. Why won't you get that it's not even hitting 80% Not even 70%! >_< Please understand that my graphics card can run the freaking game! It's some other thing that's affecting this! Leave my G94 alone ;_;

Of course it will run the game but not well. The GPU usage means nothing

FIX: Run the game in DX10 & DX11 Mode

It wasn't the graphics card.
It wasn't the processor.

It was a miss configuration.

I mentioned before on the other thread to try switching the directx mode and you said your card will only run directx 9.

CPU: Intel® Core™2 Extreme Processor QX6700 (8M Cache, 2.96 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB) RAM: 4GB DDR2 Dual channel. Motherboard: Gigabyte EP41-UD3L Rev.1 G41 chipset. Graphics card: Gigabyte 9600GT 1GB GDDR3 750/900/1800. BootDrive: WD Raptor 360. StorageDrive

By looking at your cpu/ram/gpu your pc is a bit out dated 4GB of DDR2 ram and 9600GT gpu and GDDR3 at that so dont expect to see good framerates or gaming on high end settings with that setup

I run it a 30FPS and up, after the DX10 usage it rarely dips bellow 30 @720P on Medium settings.

Those are playable frame rates similar to what the consoles would get. High would be 60fps and up
