Radeon HD 7790 Brands

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but i can't decide on one.

I'm trying to figure out which brand might be better. like some of the brands have 2 fans and others have 1. or that some of them are over clocked and the others aren't. I really just trying to find out which one would be run the coolest.
So here are the ones I've found. and they are all about in my price range ($130)

And here's my PC's specs:
Asus Essentio CG5275
Intel Core i5 650
Asus 61-MIBBK0-01 Socket LGA 1156 Motherboard
Delta 400W PSU with 6 pin (I can upgrade the PSU if i have to)
8GB DDR3 1333MHz
1TB hard drive

And I'm pretty much set on getting the 7790.
(so dont tell me to get some other GPU. unless its about the same price and better)

I would suggest the ASUS because based on looks alone, I'm willing to bet it'll run the coolest.
