Is this a good gaming build?

Cpu: Intel Core i5- 4570 Quad Core
Motherboard: Asus H87- PLUS ATX LGA1150
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2X4GB)
PSU: Cooler Master- eXtreme Power Plus (500W)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
This is going to be my first gaming build and I just want to make sure this is a good way to go! :)
Also recommendations to make this just as good but cheaper is greatly appreciated!!

I didn't include the hard drive, software, or case cause I have that figured out! c; Unless I'm missing something :o
  3. I recommend getting a Corsair PSU.
  4. Get a Corsair CX600w instead of that psu.

Alright you guys got me on the psu. But is this a good build, if I replace the psu?

The 7950 has pretty much the same gaming performance as the GTX760 but is often alot cheaper :)
  7. Yes, very good. Quick question: Are you interested in overclocking?

No I'm not worried about that! :3
  10. I've always thought that the 760 was closer to the 7970 than the 7950.
  11. I dunno, its highly dependant on the game, but they are highly comparable cards:
