Cpu: Intel Core i5- 4570 Quad Core
Motherboard: Asus H87- PLUS ATX LGA1150
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2X4GB)
PSU: Cooler Master- eXtreme Power Plus (500W)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
This is going to be my first gaming build and I just want to make sure this is a good way to go! :)
Also recommendations to make this just as good but cheaper is greatly appreciated!!

Since your not planning on OCing the 4430 is also a good option:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($174.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock H87 Pro4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($92.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Patriot Signature 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($52.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ($199.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Silverstone Strider Essential 500W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($46.13 @ Newegg)
Total: $567.08
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

The 7950 has pretty much the same gaming performance as the GTX760 but is often alot cheaper :)

Yes, very good. Quick question: Are you interested in overclocking?

I've always thought that the 760 was closer to the 7970 than the 7950.
