Forgot to take plastic film off of Corsair H100i water block

Is this an issue for heat or can I leave that plastic film that goes over the water block (over the Corsair light up logo) on? I want to take it off but it's already installed and I don't want to mess up the thermal compound by taking it off.

I guess that's my second question: will the thermal compound get messed up if I just put it on and take off again for only a couple minutes?

If it is just the film on the Corsair logo(colored one), You can just remove it, the cooler will be held firmly in place with the bracket. peel away.

You should NOT remove the actual pump without replacing the thermal paste.

I still have it on my H80i too :)
