I'm playing Tera and today my GPU randomly started to throttle. I haven't done anything with my desktop besides gaming recently. My fps would drop from 80 to around 20 and my GPU usage would also drop to 30%ish, using MSI Afterburner. My graphics card is a 7870. My temps are 60C. I don't think it's a CPU problem because my CPU temps are at 49C @ 50% load. Any help is appreciated.

Then I do believe that the heat is actually your problem. Where it comes from though, I'm not really sure. Maybe try to clean up the dust, or else... lets wait for someone else's point of view about your problem.
